Bauhaus meets Memphis design.
Our inspiration for the LEVIN was the eye-catching Memphis design. This 80's design aesthetic features bright colors and intertwined shapes and lines. Combined with the simple Bauhaus design that characterizes all STERNGLAS timepieces, the LEVIN was born.
The high-character dial impresses with rich blue and turquoise highlights. The dial is rounded off by the red second hand and the silver-white needle hands. The black cowhide leather strap with turquoise stitching and red loop perfectly sets off the dial on any wrist. Thanks to the quick-change system, the new strap can be changed easily and without tools within seconds.
The case is made of polished 316L stainless steel, has a diameter of 40 mm and a height of only 7 mm. In the interior of the timepiece is the proven 3-hand quartz movement caliber GM12 from the Japanese traditional manufacturer Miyota. The dial is protected by domed, double anti-reflective and scratch-resistant sapphire glass. A special highlight is the Memphis x Bauhaus engraving on the back of the case. This shows the typical Bauhaus shapes circle, square, triangle in a modified Memphis design interpretation.
